Im assuming you mean an ACS 308 processor not the 308ec expansion module. From a display phone at either extension 10 or 11 press feature 00 - left intercom button twice - #98925327

Page port testing

I am not sure what #617 is but the loudspeaker paging access code on the Partner ACS is intercom 70. If no audio is heard from the paging port on a test set when this is dialed then the paging port is defective. There is no programming necessary to enable or disable the loudspeaker paging access code.

Two extension phones won't ring but all other

Power the carrier off. Pollow the power cord on the right side of the 5 slot carried. There will be a pull switch or a rocker switch. turn off.

Once power out, remove bad module, there is a tab on the top OR bottom depending on the age of your carrier. Pull card away from wall, and insert new card.

Power system back up.

Partner ACS 5.0 keeps losing programming when powe...

Your ACS has a known software bug. You need to contact the place you purchased it from. They will need to open a ticket with Avaya TierIII, and they will have to upgrade the firmware of the control unit.

I have a avaya system and with two 308 ec modules

Unplug all phone cables to the 308 cards, then power up. See if that does anything. Try 1 308 card at a time, as 1 may be bad.

Yes, that middle light is the processor. Try powering off, and while power off, push on that middle card so it makes a good connection. Then power back on.

The one with extensions 1-17 is the processor. It is possible the processor took a power hit.

To find out what release it is, on a display phone, press feature 59.

It will display:

RINGING LINE BLEEDS OVER TO EXISTING CONVERSATION

One of the ports is bad in the 206 card. If you have available line ports, you can troubleshoot it, or buy a refurb 206 card.

Installed ACS R1 in 5 slot carrier with 4 308EC R3

Try powering off, reseat the processor, and both cards. Power on.

If that doesnt work, remove the last 308 card and power up. if still not work, power off and swap the 2 3-8 cards.

So, when line 1 rings in, it makes line and line 2 ring? If so, the riser vendor is a ****. The line is double punched. Call in a good vendor to hit them..

Avaya 1608 not catching IP after connecting through normal switch and power adapter .. tried static IP but there's no result .. please Help

at home? what router? wifi 3/4/5G wireless Ethernet wired ? Avaya 1608 is telephone not a computer, at all. I guess VOIP? yes, does it work with all systems (NO) do you have the manual googling for it works , do so?
