Try to disassemble the pad. Reseat the analog stick and re-assemble the pad.

What you need to do is install the drivers for the controller. Go to this page : http://www.logitech.com/en-us/441/288?section=downloads&bit=&osid=-1&selectedFile=0. Select your operating system and whether it is 32 or 64 bit and hit the "download software" button. Run and install what it has downloaded. Your computer may need to be restarted afterwards but the controller should be working.

The serial number should be printed on the under side of the controller or in the box.

Your disk tray is made to hold the mini disc's is it about 10cm wide it sits in the middle of your disk tray if you have a closer look you will see a in dent in the tray where it would sit hope this information helps cheers nikki

Did you go in to the game options on mafia 2 and set the game up to be used with the game controller? That is what you will need to do for the game to use the controller.

Hi, To jungle into FIFA 10, you must ( I use the PS commands ) - Stop the player by pushing R1 one time ( sprint button ) - Then push L2 - R2 at the same time once, the player start to make the first jungle, - Keep pushing L2 - R2 to jungle, you must do it in rythme, ( L2 is left foot / R2 is right foot ) Thanks and have a nice day ! Hi, Please uninstall any LGS version present on your OS - Then please proceed to clean boot. ( http://logitech-en-amr.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/logitech_en_amr.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=228 ) -> Unplug all the USB devices connected to the computer ( Less keyboard + mouse ) please use corded kbd+mouse if possible rather than a cordless device. -> Go to device manager -> Delete all the USB HOST CONTROLLER -- All of them -- -> The host controller might reinstall them itslef, let the computer handle the reinstallation -> If the computer does not reinstall the host controllers, trigger the detection using the DM function " Scan for new hardware " ( The computer with magnifier icon ) -> Once reinstalled, clean boot -> Reinstall the software, plug the hardware when needed. -> Should work.
This TB delete the usb ports " memory " means if a device as been previously flagged with error, it will redetect the device without the flag, unless there is some serious issue with the hardware/OS
If after this the issue persist, then I suggest you to call Logitech support to issue a replacement, hardware failures are covered by warranty terms

Hi, This seems to be a USB bandwith issue, do you have printers, scanners, external HDD connected to your computer ? If yes please unplug them and see if it works better. If not, try only to unplug the Dual action, and see, if it stops behave this way, then you might want to uninstall LGS and reinstall it.
