My up and down arrow keys won't work anymore. Is there any way I can fix them?

Hello, The only thing to do is get a can of air and blow it out or reboot and reseat. Nothing else but get new keyboard or take for repair.

When I use the up or down arrow it automatically jumps to the very top or bottom. Can't move in small increments.

then use a different method to scroll up and down like using the up and down arrows on the right column of the screen. Work arounds are my solutions for these kinds of unexplainable problems.

My macally keyboard doesn't stay on even when fully charged

Can I leave my Macally rechargeable bluetooth keyboard n all the time? Even when computer is off. What is expected battery life?

the manual should cover that. but varies, on actual use. the keyboard goes to sleep. the longer is sleeps the longer the battery last. why not just let it do its thing until it dies or makes chararcters like this ou[aopiup0[ep[ ibp[em iepoifpeo[p[eifkp no model keyboard told so can not RTM to you.

How do I turn of the short cut and switch to standard F function on the Macally usb Mac Keyboard

If you prefer the top row of keys to always behave as standard function keys without holding the Fn key:

Choose System Preferences from the Apple menu.
Click Keyboard.
Click the Keyboard tab if it's not already highlighted.
Select "Use all F1, F2, etc. keys as standard function keys"

Connecting a USB keyboard to my iMac

Adding the keyboard is one thing but without the correct driver, your pc will not be able to recognise it or make it usable. Check in your device list to see if it shows up and whether it is functioning. If not, you need to download the correct driver from the keyboard manufacturer.

My Macally mouse just stopped working with my Macbook Pro. the light on the underside of the mouse is out. I purchased the mouse in October 2016.

It sounds as if it is dead and you may have to purchase another, (obviously check batteries connections first) find out if there is still warranty left as i'm not sure if it will be classed as a consumable.
