You could do like my wife did on an old scope of mine, run your finger into it, but then all you see is clear. the olny thing you mght ry is to roatate the scope clockwise about 45 degrees or replace the scope. you might contact Simmons, they might replace the scope for you. Good luck.

I don't know what you have done already, but, remember there are two areas to tighten. The scope rings to the scope mounts and the rings themselves around the scope.
you have hopefully forgootten one step.

If not, take it to your local Gun store and I'll bet they won't charge you much if anything for looking at it.

If you have the Blazer 3-9x32 tur the large ring just ahead of the rear eye piece. That should increase/decrease the mag.

I dont have a solution but I wanted to tell you that scopes are filled with nitrigon and that keeps the scope from fogging and as soon as you take it apart its gone. So it usually better to send them back to the factory for repair. Not sure if this helps but good luck.

I'm surprised you ask that, most people haven't got a clue where to send it to. I would say yes, they should fix it. If they don't, you buy another brand, and try their service. I know a lot of people have problems with those scopes and are looking for parts, so, if they don't fix it, I'm sure someone will buy it for parts.
