How to change clarion max570 from japanese to english

Here are general steps that you can try: **Note: The following instructions are based on typical procedures for Clarion car audio/navigation systems. If the model or interface has changed since my last update in January 2022, or if there are specific variations in the MAX570 model, please refer to the user manual for your specific device or contact Clarion customer support for assistance.** 1. **Access the Main Menu:** - Turn on the Clarion MAX570 unit. - Look for a button or icon on the screen that represents the main menu. It might be labeled as "MENU" or depicted as a gear/cogwheel icon. 2. **Navigate to Settings:** - In the main menu, navigate to the settings or setup section. This may be indicated by a "Settings" icon or a similar term. 3. **Select Language:** - Once in the settings menu, look for an option related to language. It might be labeled as "Language," "??" (Japanese for language), or a similar term. 4. **Choose English:** - Within the language settings, select English. If there's a list of languages, scroll through until you find "English." 5. **Confirm and Restart:** - After selecting English, confirm your choice, and the system may prompt you to restart or confirm the change. Follow any on-screen instructions. Remember that the exact steps and menu options can vary based on the specific model and version of the Clarion MAX570. If you have the user manual that came with the unit, it would be a valuable resource. If you don't have the manual, try searching for the user manual online using the model number of your Clarion MAX570. If you encounter difficulties or if the menu options are not as described, consider reaching out to Clarion customer support for assistance. They should be able to provide guidance based on the specific features and interface of your device.

How do I change to degree mode on my porpo YH-2000

  1. Power Off: Turn off the device.
  2. Jumper Configuration: Locate the jumper labeled "S16" on the device. Initially, it should be connected to pins 2 and 3.
  3. Power On (Alarm+All LEDs Flashing): Turn the device back on. You'll see the alarm LED and all other LEDs flashing.
  4. Power Off Again: Turn off the device once more.
  5. Jumper Adjustment: Change the jumper configuration from pins 2 and 3 to pins 1 and 2.
  6. Finished: Your Porpo YH-2000 is now set to the desired angular unit mode.
