Mac doesn't use drivers like PC does. USB means Universal Serial Bus and should work without any drivers.

I suppose, you won't be able to fix it that easily. Something is wrong with the keyboard and most likely you'll have to replace it. But I'd say that it is pointless. I mean, the laptop is a bit outdated so why not to get something better? There are so many options out there. If you need a laptop for doing job, here you can take a look at these laptops for quickbooks and daily accounting which can handle basically, any taks besides resource intensive ones like gaming, 3d rendering, etc.

Beeping mostly means it's trying to give an error code along. Listen to the amount of beeps and the duration of them. This is the error code that it tries to give on. Look up in the manual what the beeps mean and how to solve it.

There may be drivers from the keyboard manufacturer that need to be loaded in Windows.

It is quite complicated question, because it is very rare software for Mac. But I would suggest you .dbf fix tool or something new thing like online service https://onlinefile.repair/en/dbf.html
