What are front panel connections on motherboard?

Ignore pin 9 The color order on the reset and power switch are not important but see that you insert the colored cable to the power led to pin 2 and the colored cable for the hdd led on pin 1

if you are having trouble with your drivers here is a general look at the drivers and how to update them if your computer came with a motherboard disc the drivers could be on it click start control panel administrive tools ,computer management ,device manager look through all of your devices if you see a yellow question mark?or exclamation mark ! or red x right click to reinstall drivers or if you can see your usb but its not working ports(com&lpt)right click update driver

JUST NEED THE ACTUAL DRIVER

Go to this website http://www.nec-itplatform.com/-Products-Information-.html and where it says select your NEC product, choose Desktop, then Powermate VL, then Powermate VL4 Desktop. This will bring you to the product page, from there you can select downloads and choose which drivers you need.

It doesn't boot up and

you might have to make a bkf* to floppy disk since you have not mentioned an operating system i will try to explain with xp pro you might need another hard drive click start all programs accessories system tools then select back up use the back up in the top left corner next to welcome + to expand C drive then click+ on windows to expand scroll till you find repair box +to expand you will see a backup box + to expand you will see another two boxes bootable sytem state and service state place a tick in the backup box and note that all four boxes will have ticks in them the
then you will see at the bottom back up media or file name you can name it repair bkf*.next to it will be a browse make sure that A:\ repair.bkf* start backup tick in append this to the media select advanced tick in the back up data to this remote storage box and select normal from the drop down list

Intel 845 GL mother board no display ;processor

Does it have any beep sounds on switching on( some computers won't produce beep sound) or does your monitor is not getting any signals from computer even though it is ON and has shown any message or menu screen of Monitor functions then,
You will be having a faulty RAM or your Graphic port has some hardware malfunction.Or it can be also from a new unsupported hardware installation that will prevent computer from booting up.

If your monitor does not provide any of the above monitor functions successfully then
It would be a monitor problem. Check wires or cables of monitors or contact nearby technical support

I have install windows xp on my pc but no sound is

hi,
it sounds like there are drivers missing.
click start the right click on mycomputer and select properties click on hardware tab then device manager.
A list of all your hardware will pop up and will tell you what bits of your hardware arnt working and missing drivers
If you tell me you soundcard model number and manufacturer details i will try and get you the drivers, if you have onboard sound ie the the sound card is built into *********** board then send me details of your motherboard e.g asus a8n-e etc and i will find you the drivers and send you the link so you will be up and running again

The motherboard called NEC N4-IBFGL It is not supporting my PS/2 Key board as well as Mouse. can you give me a good solution......

use a ps2 to usb convertor, ps2 ports are not plug and play, you can damage the board by unplugging and plugging in PS2 devices with the power on, that may be what happened to yours, if thats the only thing, use an adapter
