Amber light from the case? If that is the case, and I'm just thinking outloud here, it could be the battery or the HDD light. For as long as the PC turns on, everything should be OK.

Nec ll550kg3e does not load windows

Try pressing F8 on start-up and see if it will work in "safe mode", if so you can restore it to the previous condition, by using system restore.

I turn on my loptop the CPU fun turning but only 5 seconds after that it will stop and 5 seconds later fun automatically turn again

maybe the fan is not working, make sure you can hear the fan
