E000007-0000
E007 error means tha there is an error in the rotation of the upper fixing unit. (the hot bit)
On these machines it looks like a roller but is in fact a thin film
with a heater inside it. The film is probably damaged or split. this
normally happens at one end. On the end of the film there is a white
patch that is read as it goes round and it is that not being read that
gives the error.

Error code
Error code E000019-0000 is a waste toner full error, so to get rid of
this error you remove the waste toner bottle which is located left rear
side of the machine and dispose the waste toner and dont forget to
clean the neck of the bottle because the waste toner might obstract the
toner sensor passege and then switch off then on and you are up and

Drum for Image Runner 2200
Hi Deborah.I can tell you. Open the front cover,drop/release the transfer unit located directly below the drum.To the right of the drum is the develpment unit. Use the handle on the dev unit to cam it away from the drum. Now there is a "thumb" screw on the front of the drum unit, its almost like the knob on a gumball machine as you are gripping a slotted "knob".turn it counterclockwise and remove it (you will use it to install the new drum). Now slide the drum unit straight out toward you, noticing the rail/track the old drum is riding on along the top edges. Then follow the instructions enclosed within the box for the new drum.I will attempt to describe it in case you have bought a 3rd party drum that may not have the instructions. Obviously remove all the packing materials mindful that the "greenish/gray" roller is the drum and is fragile and is sensitive to fingerprints and such. Use common sense as you remove the pressure release blocks at the front and rear of the drum, since they will seem difficult to remove but you can do it. :-) Install the drum in the reverse order followed to remove the old one.Once installed, you will need to enter "service mode". This is done in a 3 step process. Look at the operator control pad and to the right of the display you will see a button that says "additional functions". Press additional functions>>>next press the numbers 2 and 8 AT THE SAME TIME>>> next press the additional functions button again. If done properly a new screen will appear that will have "blocks".Press "Copier". Now a new screen appears with tabs at the top. One of the tabs says "FUNCTION". Press that tab. Once again a new menu, but this time the focus is on the new tabs in the main viewing area. Find "DPC" and press it.In the lower right corner of the display you will see "OK" .Press it and you will have successfully introduced the new drum to the copier (or visa/versa) and 1 sheet of paper will exit the copier. It may look nasty but that is normal. Congrats!!!!!! You are a drum professional !! I hope I helped walk you thru this adequetely and helped you. Take care and GFL :-)

Don't really know, but probably the copier's hard drive is bad or going bad. You may be able to simply reload the firmware, but if that doesn't work, it may require replacement of the hard drive.Call Canon, they should be able to help.

Is Canon ImageRunner iR2200 scanner working with
It's pretty easy - you can do it from the HTTP interface. You must have the jbigkit installed (check your distro's repository for jbigkit or go to
http://www.cl.cam.ac.uk/~mgk25/jbigkit/ to download a tarfile).
First, enable the HTTP interface in the copier setup. Then, at the copier:
- Place your document on the glass or in the ADF
- Push the "Mail Box" button
- Select a mailbox (i.e., "01")
- Click "Scan" on the screen
- Push the Start button to scan the document into the mailbox.
In your web browser:
- Type the IP address of the copier into the navigation bar and hit Enter
- Click on "Mail Box" on the left
- Select the mail box that you specified at the copier when you scanned the document
- Click on the appropriate document (if there is more than one, determine the correct one based on the date/time)
- For each page of the document scanned:
- Click the little page icon under "Size (Mono/KB)"
- Click "OK" in the warning box that pops up
- Rename the image.jbg file that is downloaded to a more appropriate name, i.e., documentname-pageX.jbg
From the command line, you can convert the file to .pbm using the command:jbgtopbm <.jbg filename> <new .pbm filename>from the jbigkit.See also:
