I have a Casio exiling EX-Z1000 and all of a sudden the screen stays blank when the camera is turned on when I have gone through set up all I get is there are no files

Hi, please check that your camera has a properly working Sd card. If the SD card is potentially damaged, then you would not be able to view the damaged contents on the camera. Please take a few test photos and see if the display photos returns. If not, then it might be time for a factory reset. Thank you.

Casio Exilim EX-P700. when we insert the SD or MicroSD cards the camera powers off.

NEVER remove or insert a memory card while the camera is powered up. The camera is probably shutting itself off to avoid damaging the data on the card.
