Well as the message suggests. delete some data to free up some memory and try again. if that doesnot help maybe you MMC card is corrupted.

Try to remove the memory card first if you have, and try to switch the camera ON,sometimes system error comes from mmc system having bad sectors that's why it keeps on appearing "System error" message.

If you are done with the soft and hard reset method or using any other free software flasher and still having the same problem,it can be a hardware problem that need to replace the following parts.

* camera module
* camera IC
* or the Upper or Top board

Regarding camera module and upper board replacement,If you can provide this parts, you can easily DIY by following this guide.

* Basically,you need to check the memory card and try another if that is the only problem.

* sometimes it's a matter of software problem and it can be resolve by formatting the phone.By formatting the phone,follow this steps,( Be sure to back up everything because all data will be erase and battery must be full charge as well to avoid formatting failure and lead the phone to death)

* Turn off the phone
* remove battery,sim card,memory card.
* put the battery back
For Soft reset
* press *#7370# ,a lock code will be ask the enter the desire code if change before,otherwise the default code will be 12345. if the code is accepted,the phone restart and go back to its original default settings, Now try to insert your memory card and check if it is working.
For Hard reset
* simultaneously press * 3 call button,the power it ON.a message flash on screen "formatting" you can release all button and wait until the process is done.Now your phone is in default settings and try if the memory card is recognized.

otherwise,the memory card switch is damage/broken and needs replacement or one of the socket pins on the PCB is broken/damage and also need replacement,By this time,you need to consult a mobile service shop to fix this problem.

It still asks for the lock code to format. I also have this problem as I was sure it was just one of my regular pass numbers, but alas, none of them work. So I'm still looking around for what to do about it. Will post back when a solution found.

there may be a wire loose if the phone was thrown down, or the speaker of the phone is gone replace it.

If you forgot the security password, then you need to master reset the phone. I recommend you to contact your service provider to get the master reset code.

your problem may cause a damage joystick or the top board of your may be damage or loosing connection try to dismantel it properly then remove and put back again all the connection of the top board.

remove your media card and format it in your computer then put it back

Just to make the suggestion a bit clearer, 1. switch phone off, probably take out the battery if the power button doesn't work. 2. hold down call (green), 3 and * all at the same time. best with right hand. 3. turn phone on. with left hand. 4. wait a bit and phone will come up with formatting. does take a bit, so be patient.

Hi,

The problem your phone is having is a software problem. This happen to me three years back and what i need was to flash the phone.

Flashing the phone will solve the problem. But you need a cable, computer and the software to flash it.
Buying all these will cost you a lot of money. So, i will advise you to go to phone technician and tell him you want to flash your phone. This will only cost a little amount of money.

Please, copy all your information on the phone because flashing the phone will erase all the information on the phone.

And if your phone is under warranty, take it to NOKIA store and the problem will be done for free or it will be replace with a new phone.
