i have forgot my lock code of my nokia 9300i

nokia 9300 saya ngalami troubel. ga sengaja saya pencet profil "offline" akhirnya hp bagian depan mati ga mau nyala. kemudian saya setting yang dalam tetapi ga bisa. bagaimana caranya untuk mengembalikan profil semula. tq....

First of all, your question is not clear enough for me,but let me conclude what you are saying.

Loosing the internal display depends on LCD and Flex connector that connects the upper and the lower panel. But most problem that i encounter about this mobile is the replacement of Flex connector due to some cut areas along its parts. Outer display is separate from internal display so possible to see the outer display.

This mobile need to fix by an experience techinician because fixing this problem is more complicated to work with, more likely on dismantle,replacing and disassembling the parts than any small type of mobile.I may advice you to bring it to an authorize service center to make this problem.

Follow this procedure :

1. dowload the link above and locate the download file were save.
2. run the application and install the program,just follow the instruction and wait till the installation is done.
3. open the application and connect the phone thru the computer using data cable or usb cable.
4. wait until the mobile is recognize by computer.

Now you can see all data stored from phone to computer,you can download and transfer them to another phone if applicable.

this problem can be by the virus
or due to numerous apps to reduce working memory

try restoring and removing apps
also scan for viruses still problem exists contact your vendor for formatting

There is no problem in your phone.

You can not view both the display at time.

This feature is not provided in phone by the Nokia.

So you have to access one display at a time.

for nokia handsets lock code is 12345(by default) , but you have already tried for same .
i think some one changed the code .
so lets try another combinations like horizontal , vertical etc. ,(may it work but probably it will noy)
so if you urgentlly needed then you can upadate your software from any nearby service center so you code again reset to 12345.

This process erases from your Nokia 9300 all of your user data and settings, including your phone book, calendar, email, downloads, recordings, and certain factory installed programs such as Instant Messaging and BlackBerry Connect.

REMEMBER: Create a device data backup or synchronization before formatting.

STEP 1 - Format the Nokia 9300 memory

* Remove the battery for 10 seconds
* Replace the battery
* Open the Nokia 9300 to view the inside display
* When you see the screen with "NOKIA" in blue text,
* Press and hold the following four keys until a Format Message is displayed:
CRTL + Shift + F
* Confirm the process by selecting Format
* Formatting will begin
* After formatting is complete the Nokia 9300 will reboot with some basic settings. If prompted, accept the request to reboot
* Follow the instructions on your Nokia 9300 to set the time, date and city and to enter your contact information.

STEP 2 - Download the install-cingular-default-603.SIS to a compatible PC.

STEP 3 - Prepare a Multimedia Memory Card (MMC)1

* Transfer the .sis file from your PC to your device using MMC, data cable, Bluetooth or infrared. For instructions see the Nokia 9300 User Guide.

STEP 4 - Install the file install-cingular-default-603.SIS to your Nokia 93002
Note: This step is required to install Cingular specific settings and programs to your Nokia 9300.

* Insert the Multimeda Memory Card created in Step 2 to your Nokia 9300.
* Replace the battery cover (so the Nokia 9300 can read the MMC)
* Open your device, then open the File Manager:
Press the Desk application key
Scroll to and select Office
Scroll to and open File Manager
* Using the arrow keys, scroll to Memory Card
* Highlight the file install-cingular-default-603.SIS
* Press Open to start the installation process
* Follow and accept all prompts and requests
* Reformatting is now complete

(1) You may choose to install the file above using Nokia PC Suite. Please see the Nokia 9300 User Guide for general instructions to install software using Nokia PC Suite, and follow those instructions instead of Step 4 above.

(2) CAUTION: The .sis file above is ONLY intended for use with a Nokia 9300 with the appropriate software version. DO NOT install this file to a Nokia 9300 with any other software version. DO NOT install this file to any other model device.

try to check on your contacts, or just set your your contact details to phone memory not phone and simcard. to avoid double name entry. if that is so, when a person calls you, you can only see his/her number without a name.

First Remove the Battery.. then Put it back to make a reset..
..then while Your phone is Booting up Press n hold ctr + shift + F .. then it will ask you if you want to format your phone...
