You can get the unlock code through online..........give your IMEI number and get the unlock code for ur mobile.... i will suggest the website Unlock-Zone.com which is doing good service .....you can approach this website.
This site is nearly perfect and they were recommended highly in the cell phone forums. I used them to unlock my cell phone. contacted them and within 30 mins i had my unlock code and my phone was unlocked.

you could perform a hard format on your phone by switching it off, then press *,3 , call button , simultaneously as you power it up. it will remove everything and restore your phone. performing a backup is good idea before this operation. if helped, please give me a good rating

Did you do a Hard Reboot, Did you check if there is a crack on the Screen.

The IMEI no is specific to the phone. It cannot be changed or renewed. If the number is blacklisted by the carriers it means that the phone was reported stolen.

Sound like the phones software might be corrupted, you can reinstall the whole system, read on...

You can hard reset the phone (Factory Settings)
This will reinstall the operating system inside the phone back to how it first was.
(internal memory gets formatted then the rom reloads the os back)
(Solves all kinds of problems.)

Switch the phone "OFF"
Hold "3" (button) + "Green Call" (button) + "*" (star button)
Switch the phone "ON" while holding the above three buttons.
Continue holding for about 20 seconds then let go.

Please note this will format all the saved information stored in phone memory. including phonebook numbers (if not stored on SIM card).
Try to make backups first.

That usually means 2 things. Either your phone has a problem with the display - motherboard connector or your phone operating system in damaged. However in the second case the phone most probably should have shown the "nokia" logo wich isn't the case here from what you say. If you have the possibility, use a T5 - T6 screwdriver to dissasemble the phone, clean the motherboard if you find it to be dirty and check the connector between the display and motherboard.
A third possibility implies that other components could be also damaged but in this case there is nothing you can do except that trip to the service center.

Dont turn it on that way, use the key which has some symbol like this on it, most probably on the top or the side of your phone.
