Press and hold the power button through out. While holding the power button use the stylus or similar item to press the reset button on the back of the Z22. Keep the power button pressed until you see the Palm logo appear. Let go and hopefully this will reset everything, although it is not guaranteed to reset the password. If it all works and resets everything, you should be able to set the Z22 as you want from now.

I would suggest going to a computer shop and have them wipe the devices just to be on the safe side.

5.Select a system checkpoint or an installation restore point, and then click Next.

6.Close all other programs.

7.To start the system restore, click Next.

8.Your computer restarts. Repeat steps 1 through 8 until you fix your configuration issue.
