fist of all remove the memory card from cam then don't use it like reading or writing until you recovery your files.

  3. On the camera, press the Review button then the Menu button.

Without knowing the make and model of the camera, it is difficult to provide a solution. However, if you remove the media card prior to turning it on, then select 'Factory Reset' (or equivalent) from the menu system, it may sort out the problem. You can follow these steps to connect your Arlo Baby camera to a different WiFi network:
  1. Launch the Arlo app or log in to your Arlo account at myarlo.com The Devices page displays.
  2. Tap or click Settings > My Devices. A list of cameras displays.
  3. Tap or click Arlo Baby to select it.
  4. Tap or click Device Settings.
  5. Tap or click Wi-Fi Network. The name of your currently connected WiFi network displays.
  6. Enter the new WiFi network name and password.
  7. Tap or click Continue.
  8. Follow the prompts to connect your Arlo Baby camera to the new WiFi network. If you are using a mobile device, your settings are saved.
  9. If you are using a computer, click Save. Your settings are saved.
  10. If you see the Renable Camera button on your Devices page, press and hold the Sync button on your Arlo Baby camera for 10 seconds.
  11. Wait two minutes. You are able to stream from Arlo Baby again. If you do not want to wait two minutes, you can power cycle your Arlo Baby camera instead.

Since that unit uses one power supply to the dvr and the dvr controls the cameras, it is possible that the power supply is bad. The unit has 4 prongs and 2 of those power the cameras.

First, tell what charger is it? EXAMPL 1- RED shows charging and GREEN means complete charging.....on most vacuum cleaners. 2- Blinking RED or GREEN means charging while solid RED or GREEN means charging complete on thigs like standalone battery chargers, like screw/drill driver.
