That model uses a DVDR/RW type discs plus a memory card (SD, MMC or Sony Memory Sticks). To view photos from the disc simply go into view mode and use the joystick to move to the image you want to view. If you want to transfer images you need the USB cable that came with it and the original software to transfer images from the disc. While capturing video you can snap images but only to a memory card/stick. No card/stick while shooting video, then nothing was captured and the only way you can get any images is transferring a frame(s) from the video using the USB cable and their included software.

Here are links to the manufacturer website where you can still download the software that came with that model and a second link to view/save the manual in PDF format. Information to read in the manual are on pages 95 & 108.

Shutter motor or electronics controlling it have gone south. Expensive to repair - only cost effective if it is a very expensive camera.

You probably have to synchronize the camera with the PC or MAC using proprietary software usually on a CD Rom or available on-line through their support website.

Perform an Internet search for a downloadable manual, using Yahoo or Google. Also check the Samsung website, eBay, Alibaba, and Amazon.

I'm not familiar with Samsung digital cameras. How did you initially transfer photos from camera to iOS devices? Is it possible to save the photos on your computer and then transfer them to iPhone/iPad via iTunes? How to Transfer Photos from Computer to iPad

Sure you did give the correct model number from the camera?
I can't even find a camera like that, let alone the manual.

contact the service that you use for your phone service. Usually they can send a signal to your phone to disable it, however this is something that you might have had to set up in advance. If this cn be done, it will render your phone useless.

With the actual model number you should be able to find it at samsung.com. Samsung is good about making manuals available on their website under Support.
