Hi
When using an SD card, there is a slider on the RHS when the label is facing you. This can be used to lock the card and can get moved to the lock position when you insert the car into the camera. You need to turn the camera off and check the tab is in the onlocked position.
There is a full camera manual in pdf format here:
http://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/200802/20080223092829359_S1030_English.pdf
and save to your computer for future reference. The page describing the SD card is number 11.
Hope this is helpful, if so would you please register that with Fixya
Cheers

Do you really need a driver?
You didn't specify the model of your Samsung camera so this answer assumes it uses a memory card of some type.
The best way to transfer pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.
Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo management program such as Picasa.

battery is flat or faulty .Is the charger working ok to charge the battery .. connect it to the charger and try if it works now the battery is at fault.
Hi you probably registered with a different email address & the site sent a cookie to your computer, now when you go to that site it remembers you from the cookie. I'd go into the search part of your system & type in cookies it should be in the C drive then either find the cookie or delete the lot. If you delete the lot some sites will not remember you. If this does not work empty cache &if that fails delete browsing history, if that fails try using a different browser such as chrome or safari or firefox. This might be better if you try this first.
You don't need a driver or any special software.

I'm not familiar with Samsung digital cameras. How did you initially transfer photos from camera to iOS devices? Is it possible to save the photos on your computer and then transfer them to iPhone/iPad via iTunes? How to Transfer Photos from Computer to iPad
If you want to restore deleted photos from your Samsung camera, then please stop using it further and install Photo recovery software on your PC. After that connect your camera to PC via USB cable.
