the best way to do this is to get a unlocking subsidy pin.on the back of the device there should be a network operator who the phone/tab is branded to. you will need to contact them direct and put in a request.this code usually cost about 20.00 but once you have the code it will unlock your device forever and its the safest way to unlock it rather then go to the market where they may damage the software that is installed on the device.
