Hi, I’m Elvis. Just bought a Ricoh Aficio MP C2550 from a friend’s shop. He was using it when I bought it, I got to my shop and having problems printing with it. Problem is, when networking it, the computer can’t locate the IPv4. If I punch in the ipv4 too the computer can’t locate the printer automatically. I have to select it manually. Hence after installing if I issue a print command it doesn’t print

what is comprehensive model info? printer model, age of printer, how many impressions by toner cartridge, is it an original toner cartridge or non-Ricoh cartridge, what firmware version on the printer, what does a printed error log list for errors?

Sc 322 is laser synchronization error Possible Cause : 1- Poor connection between the LD unit and the BICU board 2-Damaged cable between BICU and LD unit 3-LD unit out of position 4-LD unit defective 5-BICU board defective the first thing u can do is clean the laser unit , it could be dirty
