hi there, this is all i could find out at the moment. it could be the latching system i am not sure if its electronic latch or spring. start by looking there if its electronic latch take it in to a shop if its spring latch maybe the end of the spring just needs putting back on. The chances are that a switchcontact or motor is not engaging, and the unit will have to be opened up to be fixed.
