441 PCU (CMY) motor error
The drive motor of the CMY
PCU is not locked.
• Defective gear
• Voltage between pins 2 and 14 (CN12 on engine
control board) abnormal (not +24V), or pin 12
(CN12 on engine control board) unable to send
motor clock
• Defective CMY PCU drive motor
1. Replace the CMY PCU.
2. Replace the engine control board.
3. Replace the main drive unit assembly.

I would try replacing the CMY PCU (Drums (Photo Conductor Units) first before any of the others.

I suspect that the gold contacts of the toner does not fit perfectly.
Remove the toner and wipe the gold contact with a clean cloth or cotton.
Make sure to install it back properly, close the latch properly as well.
Make sure that the toner has enough ink.
Turn of the printer.
Wait for 2 minutes and turn it back on.

Hi, the CL2000 has a hard disk drive, mounted on the controller board, where image data is stored temporarily. If you're worried about sensitive data, it's a good idea to have a technician remove the hard drive before you give the printer away.

It's not recommended to empty this as it contains 4 colored toners and you would heve to ensure that the light sensor sees completely clear in the view area. Replace the bottle with type 155 waste toner bottle (about $25) from on line supplier. To do this is simply a matter of opening the right side cover and sliding the green lock lever to the unlock position. Then remove the bottle and replace. Don't forget to slide the green lock lever to the lock position and close the cover.

We have a problem,after the calibration on the begin the printer gives an error: "Color regist. error",but the toners are full ! How to resolve?? Thanks in advance.

Try unplugging the printer and plugging it back in. But 1st remove the paper tray.

These are actually called PCU ( photo conductor unit) and yes they can be required to be changed frequently at times. I work on a lot of Ricoh printers and this is a common issue.
