Bushnell Scout DX Rangefinderis my favorite one. It's a fantastic range finder.
It's offers some amazing feature and specification like...
  • 6x magnification
  • Range between 5-1000 yards
  • 3-volt CR2 Battery
  • Rangefinder Accuracy 5 yds
The Bushnell Scout DX Rangefinder will help you to pick from 3 different user modes by pressing the Mode button at the left side of the unit. First is the usual mode which can be used for most purposes up to 1000 meters and works well towards the pretty reflective surface.
When turned on, the Scout 1000 Laser Rangefinder liquid crystal display (LCD) will directly display icons like the bow and rifle mode. The bow mode will provide you with true horizontal distances from 5-99yd away, depending on the angle. The rifle mode, however, will permit you to get the angle and drop/holdover of your shot to the target from 100-800yd.

Actually, the green ones are considered better and have a much higher price tag as well. Red laser sights can be hard to see in daylight. Green ones appear brighter in those conditions.
The red ones have been around for a long time because the engineers figured out how to mass produce them before they figured out the green lasers.

The answer depends on the purpose of your rangefinder and your own requirements. For bow hunting, 100 yards is more than enough. On the other hand, for rifle-hunting you, the range will vary widely depending on where, what and how you hunt and on your proficiency and style. Typically you are looking at a wide range of 200 yards to 800 yards. For golfing again, it depends on the circumstances. You can work with a rangefinder with a range of anywhere between 200 yards to 600 yards. The yardage described here is relative to dark trees. Do not forget to find out what the advertised yardage is relative to - specifications can vary from highly reflective surfaces to deer sized targets.

The biggest advantage of Holographic Sight over red dot is that prevents parallax distortion.
That is if your eyes are not properly aligned with sights in a red dot sight you will not hit what you are aiming with your sight, as you will not be looking parallel to the barrel of the weapon. This problem increases with the range of the target.
Holographic Sights, however, uses laser to produce a holographic reticle, which is not very prone to parallax errors.
However, there must be something which keeps Red dot in demand.

The illuminated reticles of optics are generally red and green to allow for better contrast against various dark backgrounds while also not sending a piercing light into the eyes of the shooter. Red and green are also typically not as noticeable from the barrel side of the gun as a color such as white would be.

Not really. The second you fold it you lose your zero, because it will never rest in EXACTLY the same place, so although at shorter ranges it might work, at longer ranges it will be essentially useless.

Depends on what you mean by a "Scope". If you mean a red dot or low mag tactical scope, some do have those.
If you are talking about a magnified optic above 3x or 4x, then it makes little sense because there is so much vibration that you wouldn't be able to see anything. Second, a machine gun is not a precision fire weapon. It uses mass-produced ammo that doesn't have very tight tolerances for powder load or bullet weight. It is an area fire weapon primarily for suppression.

Hello, Harley -

Clarification: You are asking about a piano? If so . . . your question landed in the Fixya.com category of Optics (binoculars, sights for firearms, lens of many kinds, etc.)

According to information I found on the website My Piano Friends, the serial number of your Netzow piano may indicate it dates between 1909 and 1911.
See:
https://www.mypianofriends.com/netzow-334804.html
and

You can post your own question on My Piano Friends.

Best wishes.
