This is usually a latency issue. Monitor your network and see what is killing the bandwith on the vlan your phone is on. It's tough to answer this without more information as the problem could be on your local physical network or somewhere outside of the demarc. It is wise to keep your voice network separated from your data network in order to optimize bandwidth for the phones.

Try looking in the router's "Applications and Gaming" section for something called "QOS", or Quality of Service. You probably need to make some adjustments in there to increase the bandwidth assigned to your VOIP device/service.

I'm guessing this has something to do with "NAT" being restricted. It's complicated, and you'll have to open up some ports to your PS/3's LAN IP address. I suggest you search a bit on google and find one with photos that you can follow step by step.

I suggest using the provided utility on the disk to fix your problems. Otherwise, get on a wired device that is on this particular network, get on a browser, and type http://192.168.1.1/ . This will ask for credentials, which you can find within the provided documentation. Find the tab at the top labled 'Wireless' and, as I would recommend, turn off all connections besides one primary 2.4Ghz connection. Also, double check that you're entering the password correctly. As simple as it sounds, an invalid password can lead to several authentication problems.

to get into setting of the router open your web browser and in the address bar type 192.168.1.1 you will be asked for user and password. type admin for both. you will then be able to navigate through the settings to find your password and also you can change it if you want.
