What is the model code and the OS for which you need the driver?

Go to Samsung and look for iy.

go to the samsung websites search your model download your printer model and make sure it is for your OS and know whether you need a 32bit or 64bit driver it is free

download the driver and istall it

my screen is red then on the front screen it says download SGH-A821

check the toner cartridge. red light means there is an error in the printer. check for any paper jams. check paper tray settings.

The computer is not communicating with the printer. A cable could have come ajar, or a driver in the computer could have failed. Check your cables to the printer, and make sure it's turned on. Go into your control panel, and printer and make sure you see your printer there. Click on the Samsung and make sure under ports that usb is selected. Also, go into your device and hardware settings, and ensure your usb ports are recognized. If they aren't, update the drivers or reinstall them.
If you don't see your printer there, reinstall your CD that came with it. You may have to try this anyway, if nothing works.
Other than getting the software reinstalled, there may be a problem with the printer, and you might run it by a computer shop or hook it up to a friend's computer, to see if it's detected and works. Then you'll know whether to have it serviced, or if you have to install a driver from the CD or the net. You can get drivers and help here at Samsung Support:

Same problem after a paper trapped. I don´t know if the paper trap was because something broke, but after I took the paper the noise started. Please someone give us a solution.

If steam is being released then the paper you are using is damp with moisture.
The fuser in the printer fuses the toner onto the paper, that process require a fair amount of heat.
Dry paper does not give off steam, use fresh dry paper.

In this printer ..the use of special paper is made on manual feed only ...and before that open the print software ..on the paper tab ..and select the tip ..and the dimensions of the paper..
remember ..the feeding works one at the time from the manual feeding tray only..

unplug then plug it in again. after u hook it up with the computer try turning it on and off before u start printing!

there might be some more paper jammed indside printer check to make sure all of the paper is out

The problem may be due to USB port problem, USB cable problem, OS or software i.e. virus etc problem. Power off your computer-Power off the printer and remove the power cord-Check the cable connection between the printer and the computer to make sure it isn't loose- Put the power cord back in the printer and power it up-Do all lights show up as normal? Green? Or are some flashing?-Power on your computer-Under the printers folder, right click the installed printer and go to properties. Print a test page. If the solution does not work you may try as follows,- Go to Control Panel. Select All Control Panel Items-Open Devices and Printers-select Add a Printer-Select Add a Local Printer-In Choose a Printer Port, select Use an existing port-select the USB001-Select the Next Button-In the Manufacturers section, select HP-In the Printers section, look for your printer model and select it.If your printer does not appear in the HP list, select the nearest LaserJet series model number.Click the Windows Update Button. WU will search the driver database for all HP printers.The search may take some time, be patient. When the search is complete, go back to the HP section and your printer should now appear there. Select it and click the Next Button. Your printer will appear in the printer name box, click Next again and the printer will be installed.

1. Clear paper pick up roller whit wet cloth or alcohol
2. Clear separation pad (located under pick up roller) using same way as pick up roller.
