usually, Open Heat Error = There is a problem in the fuser unit.
Unplug the power cord and plug it back in. If the problem persists, go here and foolow that guide for 4500. it is basically the same.

try using the generic drivers. in Print & Fax, click on options and supplies, click on the Drivers box and type in GEN.. and choose the Generic drivers. Hope this works.

hello you have to replace scanner cable for your printer.

hello you have to replace heater unit

you have to replace thermister wire it is @ heater unit

might the cable of the scanner might have been disconnected inside please check it up with a near by proffesional

hello problem is your scanner drivers download original scanner driver software from www.samsung.com ,support & download section & reinstall it.
