Hard disk failure
Hi
Thank you for your query
From what you are describing something called SMART which resides on your motherboard has kicked in.
This little utillity will kick in just before your hard drive is about to fail, allowing you time to copy data across
I would not waste time, please copy your data as soon as possible and then replace your hard drive
I hope this has been useful

Conputer did not show 80 g
It won't depending on what OS you have. Try updating all drivers for your system. As long as it doesn't show like less than 75% then should be ok.

S.MA.R.T status bad error when I start up
Hello,
You may want to check the fan as it may need to be replaced. When the fan goes out (or is dusty), it will cause the hard drive to overheat and you wil get the big warning from SMART.
Place your ear near the computer and see if you hear a whirrr sound. This would indicate the fan.
If the fan looks fine, then it you have 30 days or so to replace the hard drive.
Hope this helps!

Harddisk doesn't appear in the list of intel
The computer is not getting pass the POST (power on self test) and therefore the hard disk information doesn't appear and the computer won't boot up.
The problem is with your RAM modules, your motherboard uses interleaved memory, it requires two identical RAM modules (a pair of RAM modules) to be inserted into the motherboard memory slots. These slots are color coded and the RAM modules MUST be inserted into the RAM slots with the same color.

Hi there, my computer will not boot up, I get an
Seems that your hard disk drive is failing. First, try to move your data to another hard drive. You will need to attach your hard drive to a functioning system, & pull out all valuable data from your hard drive. After that, ypu can try to boot with a system disk/CD-ROM, & run CHKDKS C: /F on your hard drive. You can also run the FDISK /MBR command to try to fix the master boot record.
If none of this helps, try re-partitioning your hard drive. If this did not work either, you will need to find a replacement hard drive.

HDD enclosure does not work
For that you need to uninstall all usb driver from device manager.
Right click on my computer icon then you see system property then go to hardware -> device manager then uninstall usb drivers 1 by 1 .
Then restart computer then all usb drivers are automatically installed.
Then connect your harddrive if still face same problem then connect your harddrive to another computer then check.
If another computer cant see your harddisk then your harddisk has hardware issue.
It need repairing .
If it is in warrenty take it to service shop they replaced it.

Has the hard drive been formated?
To format the drive, plug the external drive into the USB port - go to the Control Panel - Administrative Tools - Computer Management - Storage - Disk Management. The External drive should be listed as USB drive. On the lower panel, right click on the USB Drive and click on Format, and format it in NTFS.
After formating you will be able to use it as a normal hard drive.
