I cannot access 2 of the3 hdmi inputs with the remote
I have encountered this before also. If you look around in the various settings menus there should be a place to enable/disable the various inputs. I cannot give you the exact location of the setting as it varies by tv make and model but regardless should not be too hard to find with a bit of searching.

Even though you can make it right, it will cost around an amount equal to the cost of a new board; including the cost of (spare parts + service charge) More to say, most of the spare parts to it will be difficult to get from open electronic spare part market. This is true to most of the flat panel TV power supply boards; irrespective of its brand and screen size.

Some programs were not produced in wide screen format. This is NOT a TV fault. You will never get a full screen picture in that case. You can play with the zoom button on your remote to see what it does. Most TV's have several choices. You may or may not like the results.

How do I fix my proxy setting
Do you need to setup a proxy for any other device on your local internet connection? Normally you do not and the TV should connect just fine. Are you using WiFi or cable to connect the TV? For fastest connection I would use a cable.
