So my husband placed my phone on a camp chair and our dog proceeded to spill water on it, I thought I got to it fast enough, dried it off and all was fine until I set it down for about half an hour and when I came back the screen now is red, black and white vertical lines, and it is unresponsive to touch, it powers up just fine, so I have been soaking it whole in rice for two days, with little improvement, so I carefully opened it up separated the mother board from the screen and diditizer and cleaned with isopropyl alcohol, I have placed it back into the rice, I have already orderedba replacement LCD and digitizer, but I am wondering if there is anything else I can do to get the phone to return to normal? I love this phone, my husband told me to get a Samsung like he has, but I didn't want one and love the red leather look on the back of my G4, so any additional help and advice will be gratefully accepted, if I have to I will buy a brand new G4 again, but don't want to if I don't have to.
I am shocked that you are so attached to this 5 year old phone.
It will never be the same, I've been in your shoes I've done all the work . And was disappointed.
No you are going way above and beyond in order to save this old school phone. I would return the parts and enjoy your newer better faster phone,
When it comes to tech change is good sell the old for what you can, move on and Enjoy your time with that Husband & Dog!!!

I have samsung C430W printer..I replace the transfer imaging unit but still it showing to replace it..how can I reset the page count of transfer imaging unit...please help...

2, Turn Off the Samsung C430W printer using its Power button or disconnect the power cord from the back of the device and also from the wall outlet. Else, turn Off the switch present near the socket. Wait for about a minute. Replug the cord between the printer and the outlet. Power On the device and verify if the problem is solved.
3, To reset the page count, Click the Reset Fuser Life button and then choose the OK button, this resets the fuser. If the error is not rectified, the imaging unit has to be reinstalled or replace it with a new one again.

If you don’t have the cd/dvd that came with the printer that’s no issue if you need a driver. Go to the manufacturer’s website and download the software for your particular printer onto your computer. If it’s not clear how to do so, email their customer service and they’ll tell you how, they’ll usually send a new disc if you prefer, but you won’t need it since it’s a simple download.
