1Press the "Clear Modes" button. This button will be on the main panel of the Ricoh copier.

2Press the "1,0,7" keys in succession. You do not have to hold the buttons down at the same time but need to press and release them in this exact order.

if you mean that you can able to use it as scanner only, try to setup printer driver. (you can check too at control panel>>printers & scanners(name may be different due to windows version) if it appear as printer device or not)
