I had the same problem, so I took the back casing off. What I discovered was that a chip that connects to the board had snapped or something. This is a black chip located on the opposite side of the heat sink. I'm certain this is causing the problem. I'm being told this subwoofer has a 20 year warranty, but I'm having trouble finding contact information for the manufacturer.

Usually to get the fuse is a simple thing. The best way to get the fuse is to check online.
First determine the type of fuse you need. Then type "(Fuse type) for sale (your zip code)" in the google search bar. This would give you a list of possible options for getting the fuse.
With this you can get shops around you who sell it or you could get one to order online.

You may not have the subwoofer connected properly. there should be a certain plug for the woofer. It is labeled sobwoofer. Subwoofer do not put out sound like the other speakers. When you test it fell the first of the subwoofer for vibration. they also have volume controls, checkthat.Some have on off buttons. good luck

They charge $180 but they cost them $20 to buy from China. Package them up and send them tracked and ask them to replace the batteries. How long is the warranty on AfterShokz? Are you using the charging cables that came with it? That is a type C. Are you securely attaching the charging cable? A loose connection would keep the battery from charging. If you had a low battery, you would see a red light. That you have no light at all suggests there is no charge left in the battery. I'm not sure the reset will work with no charge which is why you ought to check the cables first. But turn it off and then hold down the Multifunction button for 10 seconds to reset it.
