they taping f8 on start up go into safemode see if it works fine there if it does download malware bytes free and scan it while in safemode with network support
How do i reset my computer because i forgot password
Use your disc that came with the computer then place in the drive boot first from the drive then tick on follow the on screen instructions. You will need a Windows Operating System disc and off you go. This will remove the password and anything else that may be going on with your computer. I do a full re-install at least one every 6-9 months. Keeps me happy and I use passwords that I will not forget. I use the last 4 of my social hard to forget that one. In my opinion. John
Wont boot up
If you have your windows disc with you. Insert into the CD or DVD drive and press one of the function either F8 or F12 to tell to start up on using the CD.
How can i restart my computer all over just like brand new
you need to go ahead and let it start in sfae mode, check any changes that you made recently to your software & hardware, programs and drivers.
This is normal for windows to open this way IF you have shut the computer down in a way windows thinks there was a problem , or is a problem.
In safe mode windows does not load all the third party software , just enough to get windows up so you can find a problem.
Soo let it start in safe mode , if you find no problems after ot starts, shut it down correctly and restart, it should start the second time normally if there are no problems.
Post here again if it keeps up.
Regards!
My pcu is working but there's nothing on the
Double check the Video card to make sure it is correctly installed, connected and that all Ram is properly installed. If you aren't hearing any beeps at start up double check the the CPU it actually seated and Bios Chip is seated. If you are hearing Post then you have another problem on the board.
Hi i would like to start my pc back too new??
What do you mean? Start back to new could mean you want to discard all software you've added since it was brand new. To do this, get ahold of your original Operating System Disk. Do a re-install and format the disk. This will do what you want, I believe.
