Are you using a Windows OS? Try clicking on More at the bottom of the list of paper sizes. This should give a significantly longer list of available paper sizes. See the Select Paper Size section of the support document here: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03559791 . This is in the Paper/Quality tab. In the Paper Options section, click on the Down arrow to the right of the currently selected Document Size. More is the last item in the subsequent list below Super C/A2. I hope this helps. What OS and application are you using? Have you installed the full product software and drivers? If you only installed the basic driver, full functionality may not be available. For supported Windows OS versions, in the application with the file to print, select File > Print. Ensure that the destination printer is the HP Laserjet Enterprise M712d. Then click the Properties button. Go to the Finishing tab and look for the Orientation section on the right hand side of the window. Click the desired orientation and click the Apply button. Then press OK and print the document. For Mac OS X, from the application with the file to print, choose File > Print. Select this printer in the printer menu. In the Copies & Pages menu, press Page Setup.
