Here are all of Meade Telescope manuals--

Find one under either REFLECTOR or REFRACTOR that is similar to your scope. There are no manuals available for National Geographic, but they all assemble in a similar fashion.

The image is upside down

Yes, all astronomical telescopes show upside down images--- no up or down in outer space-- and you would need more lenses in the light path to erect the image.

When i try to enlarge a planet or a star lines

Mirrors are probably NOT out of collimation. You cannot apply more than 50 times aperture to any telescope. Your scope is about 3.5 inches so about 150-160 power is the maximum and then ONLY on the most stable transparent nights.

Just to clarify my question about cleaning my

Try using rubbing alcohol on it. It would cut the dust or dirt on the lens.
