You can find the manual for the CPC-600 Cuisinart pressure cooker through the Cuisinart home page: https://www.cuisinart.com/ Click or tap on Search. Enter the words "pressure cooker" (no quotation marks) in the Search box and click or tap on the magnifying glass icon. The first pressure cooker listed in the search results will be the one you want (the CPC-600.) Choose that. You will be brought to a description of your pressure cooker model. On that page, above the text describing the pressure cooker, you should see a link for Manual. Click or tap on that. The PDF document for the Instruction Booklet will come up.
