Rohit, With additional AC supply you have most likely burnt the amplifier. But there may still be hope if only the power supply unit of the device has been burnt. Open up the rear panel of the unit that has the power cord coming into and look for burnt and burst components. The whole modules would have to be replaced with exactly the same specs.Do it. if you feel that you cant handle it then go to the service center of the brand that you have.

if its just jour input jack get a soder and get a jack from some old head phones and soder them together that will work
