Most digital cameras have an aspect ratio of 4x3. 35mm cameras have an aspect ratio of 3x2. 6x4 photopaper also has an aspect ratio of 3x2. Therefore you don't get cropping when printing from 35mm film. To make the picture fill out the 6 inches, the digital footprint has to be 6" by 4.5". So .5 inches is removed in the process. If you can find a processor that will print 5.333 x 4 on the 6 x 4 paper, there would be no clipping necessary. Since you have Photoshop, you can crop the photo to a 3 x 2 ratio. That way you control what is cut. I use Photoshop Elements and when I use the Rectangular Marquee Tool, I set Style to "Fixed Aspect Ratio" and Width to 3, and Height to 2.

I found the same problem. I was able to solve it by adjusting settings as follows: Go into 'Camera Settings' - top right blue button in video view. You need the 'Camera Setup' tab. Click 'Source' button. Click 'Advanced Settings' tab. 'Banding filter' - check 'Outdoor'. 'OK' your way out.

That driver is compatible with WindowsXP. What is the error you're getting? If it's related to Windows logo testing, then you can just choose "Continue anyway", and install the drivers.

PC-CAM Center application is only available on the installation CD. If you have lost it, then check with support if they have the CD available.

Let's do a hardware reset on the player: Press Snapshot button and Operational mode button simultaneously for more than two seconds this will delete all the files from the camera. A beep sound is heard when the memory is cleared and LCD displays zero. This may get the camera working again.

Check your computer for conflicts (two devices trying to use the same port); you may need technical assistance for this one. Windows 7 driver is not available for your PC Cam. The release date for this PC Cam was in 2003. I recommend you pruchase a new model. Check Amazon.com, there you'll find many new & used PC Cams reasonably priced.

This usually happen from driver problem. Try this steps :
- Install camera driver from installation CD (if you don't have, you can search and download from Google)
- Connect the camera through USB
- Open the camera memory from camera suite or via Windows Explorer
- Download your pictures from camera to PC
- Enjoy your pictures :)
