This is caused by a blocked defrost drain. The cold air for the fridge is vented from the evaporator behind the freezer. Once every 24 hours the defrost timer, stops the compressor and applies power to a heater at the freezer evaporator coils. Check to make sure that the door seals on the fridge are not torn or weathered or dirty or loose or broken at all . if the seals are dirty they can cause gaps that big enough to let warm air in which do have an affect on the cooling. If you see any dirty seals or frost build up around the gasket clean them right away and allow your refrigerator up to 24 hours to regain proper temperature again. Blowing compressed air into the water supply could affect the water filter in the fridge, but not the electrics.
