Cyber acoustic mc 1060
For Vista 32 bit. Go to the driver manager. De-instal/delete the driver in the Sound, Video and Game section. In my case it was RealTek High Def Audio ver 6.0.1.5371. (Select Delete the driver files.) Reboot. Vista will reinstall a driver. In my case it was Microsoft High Def audio ver 6.0.6000.16386. I had the mic plugged in when I rebooted to load the new driver. The Cyber Acoustics ML-1060 now works fine. Hope this helps.
Does not work on Skype and Messenger
In Vista, right click on the speaker icon in your system tray (usually located at the bottom right of the screen) and select "Recording Devices". Be sure that your microphone is enabled in this list. In Skype and MSN, find the audio hardware setup, and make sure to select your mic-in port into which the mic is plugged.
Cyber Acoustics PC Microphone Not Working Anymore
Well to find out if your computer even recognizes it, you need to right click the white speaker on the bottom right of your computer. Select audio devices. More than likely it will tell you it isn't connected.
I uninstalled the sound completely from my computer. Then i restarted the computer. This will reinstall the drivers for your sound and the one you need for your mic. I have vista but this should still work for XP.
-right click on computer (should be on ur desktop or under start menu)
-select manage
-device manager
-click on the plus next to sound, video and game controllers
-right click on the audio (high definition audio device)
-select uninstall
- restart your computer.
This will do the trick.
your computer should recognize the mic.
Why does my sub woofer not work
it could be a connection from not grounded to your aux cords being crimped and messed up could be amp or could be a setting on your radio..
Cyber Acoustics CA-3618 subwoofer cuts in and out.
Crackling noise and cut outs generally mean that the speaker is torn, or the cone is separated from the driver. This means the speaker is broken irreparably. It sells for $40 now, which means it is not worth fixing. These low cost speakers are built to not be taken apart.
HDTV Digital coaxial output to CA-5001
The speaker system has RCA jacks that connect to and from the Speaker system and you Computer/TV/Player/ or Amplifier. There are no Coaxial IN/Out on this system. It is not HDMI, only a standard 3 wire sound system. Front (green), Center (Yellow) and Rear (Black). Correspond the colors with the RCA input on the computer or other devices you wish to use it with.

take a 1.5 volt batery cell... attach one side of cell it to the end of headphone pin... attach other end of cell with a wire and tap that wire on the headphone pin ...u shud get a clicking sound in ur headphones.... this is to check if ur headphones work...
if they work... apply a drop of mobile oil on the headphone pin and insert it in the jack and spin it so the oil reaches the inside of jack then let it dry for a while....
attach the headphone to jack again and play the audio ...if this doesnt give u any output.... check ur sound driver software
I just received these speakers and they have
There could be many causes.
Bad socket on the computer
Dirty volume control
Dirt in and on the speaker cone
Speaker cone torn slightly
A wireless device that may be too close to them eg cordless phone (I know my cell phone is going to ring before it actually does as I get a signal from my speakers)
I have a can of "electrical contact cleaner" which I use to see if it fixes the first two items.
2nd and third item can only bee seen by opening up the speakers.
for dirt I use an air can for cleaning computers but not too close to the cone.
For a torn cone I replace the speakers.
Last item is pretty ease just move the offending item to a new location.
