You don't have a codec for that particular format. Try changing the music file to a different format, like MP3. A program like "Any Audio Convertor" should do that for you in Windows. There are many free windows apps that convert formats of music files. Or do a search for an Audio convertor on the Google play store, there are plenty of free apps. Typically music apps won't display music files they cann't play, it just saves clutter on their play list.

Sounds like the phone has been reported stolen to the national blacklist database (Central Equipment Identity Register) to prevent thief. Effectively the handset becomes absolutely useless and you are in possession of a high tech paper weight! :-))

If you do not have at least 2 steady bars of reception strength, text messages or pic messages could fail sometimes. If these fail no matter what signal strength, you should contact your phone provider (StraightTalk).

Hi, You may have corrupted the SD Card. Try shutting down the phone and remove the card. then re-install, If you have another device that will read it try that. And of course go to your file folder and see if your SD card is visible. Also try another SD card. Hope this helps Let me know Thanks!

If all that has failed you'll need to do a rom flash. This has happened to me after I rooted my phone and was forced to update the software from the carrier and it never started again! You will to download Odin 3 software and also the stock rom software for your device. Sounds like a power stand by feature. Try entering the settings of the device and inspecting its current power save feature. You will likely need to adjust it to start power saving at a longer period or turn the feature off all together. I'm not completely familiar with that device but that sounds like the problem.

Hey, I had the exact same problem. It was so annoying and disturbing. Anyways one way you could fix this problem is to download and equalizer. Downloading this might help with your output sound. Another way might be to take the covering off the back of the speaker. The covering might have been in the way of the sound projection.

I am guessing you do have a voice mail subscription and if I am right, the issue could be with 'zte'. Not the best phone out there.

I am not familiar with this particular phone, but perhaps you can look at the manufacturers website for a download, OR download from Google store. I hope this is helpful to you.
