Netflix stopped working on Digihome t.v.

Hi Brett, there is a data cable which goes from the t.v. direct to the wifi broadband hub, and Netflix won't work when that is connected, or when it isn't. I'm not sure how the t.v. gets the IP address - apologies - not very technical! We have checked all the cables. Netflix told us that the problem was with the t.v. but the Digihome support line number on the internet doesn't connect to anything.

the TV if using wifi , must be in range of the wifi of your router. 25' or less best.

not told does failing TV fail on other 10000 streaming sources>? like Tubi or amazon, or hulu, or others.(endless)
NO TV TOLD AT :: sad face...
old TVs have OLD netflix player and was banned long ago.
the cure for that is buy a ROKU device.

my guess is connection speeds low .

Count the number of flashes occur at one time switch ON. These flashes are called blinking codes; and are fault indications. Form the number of these blinks, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit stage inside the TV. If you wish to get more details about these blinking codes, check the site linked here.

My Digihome Smart TV has currently gone into a blank grey screen, it will not work with the remote and the sound isn't working and it's saying its on but it isn't responding, what should I do?
Fault at its main digital board.
Short circuited component/s at it. Contact any service technician; or the authorized service center. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts.

In most cases, the main board might have to be replaced. If so, a software [firmware] update too might be necessary.
Before going further; try a hard reset first. If it does not help you, replace the main digital board. There are two methods to reset TVs. The first is simple to do; a Hard Reset. The other is somewhat skilled; is a Factory Reset (System Reset). To make it a hard reset, just unplug the TV from AC mains wall socket, and re-plug it back after 15 minutes or so. If you do this by overnight is better. This procedure will make it a hard reset. If you want to make it a system reset [Factory Reset]; you have to enter its service mode option, and select the factory reset option. If you wish to get some details; visit the site linked here.
Black and white
Yes your player has gone into a wrong region make sure that if your tv is pal it must be pal NTSC will also make it go black and white check tv input and DVD player settings
Tv will not switch on
You probly got the button wet you will havev to try use a hair dryer in the eges and blow it dry or you have poped a fuse pop the back of look for a glass tube fuse it's only 1cm big it could also be white just check it will cost about 1 dollar for the fuse
