Bobbin not in position, won't let me get cotton from bottom - snags on part
Look for bent bits! Also try a new bobbin/ if it's the type that locks into position, there maybe an issue with the lock on that bobbin. Once you load the bobbin, slowly turn the flywheel intil you feel the thread snag and see where the boo in is facing-will give you a better chance of solving issue. Also, if there is a thread tensioner, turn it way down....
Needle won't go down fully
The presser foot will not go all the way down to the plate with straight sewing and embroidery sewing as well leaving me with a jumbled mess

May be, you have not the right tools to open your pfaff chassis. In your case I prefer to get support from pfaff: http://www.pfaff.com/de/692.htmlIt's a risk to open the chassis, you can't see, where it is fixed. If you try to open, the risk is high your pfaff will take damage.
Thread keeps breaking
The top thread breaks1. the needle thread is not threaded properly2. The needle thread tension is to tight3. The needle is bent or blunt4. The needle is incorrectly inserted5. The needle thread & the bobbin thread are not set under the presser foot when starting to sew6. the threads were not drawn to the rear after sewing7. The thread is either to heavy or to fine for the needle8. Try a different spool or cone of threadBobbin thread breaks 1. There is a right way & wrong way to insert the bobbin in the case --when you insert the bobbin in if it doesn't stitch correctly turn the bobbin over see if that helps or bobbin case is not inserted correctly 2. Thread caught behind the bobbin case holder
Take off the presser foottake off the needle platetake off the bobbin platetake out the needle, clip bobbin free, Examine the bobbin carrier on how it fits into place. (important) Lift out the bobbin carrier. Each machine is a little different. You may want to take pictures as you do each step for later reference. Use something like an old egg carton or a muffin tin to keep your parts from rolling around or getting knocked off an lost. Have fun.
