I have a Bosch kfu5755/21 fridge freezer and it keeps tripping the rcd when I turn it on

Most likely to be the defrost element which is located in the freezer.
Disconnect your appliance from the mains power supply
If you empty the bottom of the freezer and remove the drawers and shelves you should be able to locate screws to remove the rear panel. When you get this panel removed you should expose the evaporator.
It is similar to the one above.
On your fridge the defrost element clips onto the bottom of the evaporator. If you follow the wires going to this element and disconnect both ends, your fridge will work untill you get a replacement part.
With the element disconnected and your fridge does not trip the rcd order the part from the link below.

It sounds like you may have a bad evaporator fan motor or broken blade.
Another cause could be a failed defrost system component. The would cause a build up of ice and frost and the fan blade could be coming in contact with the frost or ice.
The fan stops running when the doors are opened on this model to prevent the circulation of warm air.
