I'm assuming you want the restriction unlock code to allow you to use it in other country's ? Problem is there are no programs available to generate unlock codes for casio phones.

I'm sorry for the bad news, I wish there was another solution but there isn't. You will more than likely have to get a phone in the country you wish to use it.
