first does all of the water pump out when wash cycle is done? if not then check your drain lines and see if pump is coming on. if it is not then it wont let the washer spin,

It could be the starter capacitor for the electric drive motor. You may also look to see if the brushes that sit on the armature are not stuck and free to travel while sitting completely flat on the armature to make the correct contact. There is also a speed sensor for the motor that may be bad. CAUTION: Make sure the machine is unplugged and the capacitor is drained to avoid shock.
