Hi Rufus. Your problem is in your registry. To fix it you will have to download some or the other Optimisation and Regiter Cleaner program. I have so far not been able to find a reliable free program. I personally use the AVG PC Tune-Up program which is fairly inexpensive and very effective.Just search for the program and download it free. It will give you a short trial period before you have to pay. This program will help you to solve a multitude of problems on your PC.

just matter of interest , check the bios setting, goto device manager and delete the CD Drive, reboot, still the same problem then it a hardware issue,the drive could be jammed.
