Hi, please ensure that you've changed between all 4+ camera modes within your camera. If this fails, then you can remove the Sd card and then afterwards remove the batteries. After 1 minute, you can re-insert the batteries back into the camera without adding the sd card and check for the error again. If this fails, then you can re-insert the sd card and check again. First: press down the record button on your Zoom SB 246. While holding down the record button, turn the power button on .
This will display the flashing word ALLINIT. While flashing, press the record button a second time.
The word COMPLETE will appear, thus indicating that your ZOOM SB 246 has been restored to its factory settings.
