Try these steps: 1. Press MENU # 1 9 3 4 in sequence rapidly. The LCD panel should now display TECH. 2. Press MENU, and then press ENTER. The LCD panel will display Tech Mode. 3. Press the left arrow (<) button once. The operator panel will display NEW CARTRIDGE. 4. Press ENTER. The operator panel will display [YES]. 5. Press ENTER. The toner warning message should be gone. 6. To exit TECH MODE, press MENU # 1 9 3 4 in rapid succession, as if you were dialing a phone number. The operator panel should no longer display TECH. Let me know if it doesn't work as there is another possible solution.

You are need to removal the covers and verify or change the microintrerupter.

Your toner chip page counter has to be reached on last point (run out). Normally one OEM toner cartridge chip can print 2.5k pages, after that cartridge has been locked (although it's remain toner) and red light will be blinking. So, you can't able to take print furthermore in this state. try factory rest your machine

it means that your printer is connected via WiFi but the data can not be transferd. Could be the distance to the printer is to far.

-may be from your PC,Network,Driver & USB Cable. -If this happen when you give it an order it may be large order & it`s ram is low.

When you go to print, your printer driver should have quality options. Make sure you're not using "economy" or "draft" mode. Try "quality" mode.

This error is caused by a counter inside your printer not being correctly reset when the new belt is installed. To fix this problem follow the steps below:

1. Press MENU then #1934
2. Use the arrow keys to navigate to the Tech menu (this is different to the User Mode)
3. Navigate to DataSetup
There are two options from here, either select the CLEAR COUNTS option (the password 1934 works for most users) or select Clear All Memory (this will wipe all of your custom settings so try the other option first).

There is a switch that detects the door. It has probably gotten loose and moved out of reach of the door plunger. Look for a small switch near the door opening.

If you are using recycle toner, change

Open the back door.
Removed the door sensor on the right.
Unscrewed the four screw from the Fuser.
Removed the 2 connector on the left while pull out the Fuser.
