Trying to disable intellistand beam turn on when
"Hello, Raschult. We have found a solution for your problem. Simply go to
Shift into blue help link and go to page 3. You will see the configuration
barcodes to enable and disable "Intellistand Mode". Just print out this page and
scan the "Disable Intellistand Mode" barcode. That should do it. If not, let us

I want to program my
Hi,
In order to program the device please refer to the "Programming Reference" on the guide available
on this link.
There are sample codes you can scan to set up the device as per your requirements listed above.

I have symbol
you're going to either connect it to a com port that provides power, or get a different cable that allows you to connect an external power supply to it.
CBA-R01-S07PAR RS232 Cable assy, 50-14000-009R 220V PS,
or get a usb cable - program the scanner to USB, This will provide the power.
CBA-U01-S07ZAR-B
but only if you have an operating system that recognizes USB

Scanner Symbol Ls2208 keyboard not work
The scanner does not detect the keyboard
host on power up and is locking up your keyboard. The IBM PC/AT host type barcode must be scanned the first
time it is setup. The barcode is on Adobe page 56 of 342
of the
LS2208 Product Reference Guide. The scanner should start working immediately after the host type barcode is scanned.

The scanner must be set to the IBM PC/AT host type. Unfortunately, these scanners are not plug and play. They do not detect the keyboard host on power up so the host type barcode must be scanned the first time it is setup. It should remember that host type until you set defaults. The IBM PC/AT host type barcode is on Adobe page 56 of 342 of the
LS2208 Product Reference Guide. Print and scan this barcode. The scanner should start working immediately.
