I am sorry but I think it is best to take a final opinion from Nokia care, You can call up the free support site or post your query to the support contact.Since this is a new model it is best to take information on availability of any firmware to transfer the memory .

PRESS *#7370# OR *#7780# AND GIVE 12345 CODE OR ANY IT WILL RESTORE...

I am not sure if there is an option that is available on this model, check the left side options when the message is selected to be scrolled to have a link to copy or transfer to the memory card. If not the memory normally stays on the phone memory which had enough space to accomodate.

it may be locked to other phone in which it is working contact ur service provider for that...
