If your KKmoon NVR turns on but won't show camera feed on your screen, here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:
Check the cables: Make sure all cables are securely connected and that the camera is powered on.
Check the NVR settings: Ensure that the NVR is set to display the correct camera channel. Go to the NVR's menu and look for a setting related to camera input or channel selection.
Check the resolution: Make sure the resolution of your monitor is set correctly. If the monitor's resolution is too low, it may not be able to display the camera feed.
Update the NVR's firmware: Outdated firmware can cause problems with the NVR's functionality. Check the KKmoon website for any available firmware updates.
Restart the NVR and monitor: Sometimes a simple restart of the NVR and monitor can resolve the issue. Unplug both devices, wait for a few seconds, and then plug them back in.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, you may need to consult the NVR's user manual or contact the manufacturer for further assistance.
You need someone to connect an Elsafe Servicing Unit to supply external battery power via the connection cable to power up the device so that you can unlock the safe. The servicing unit attaches to a 9 volt battery to rescue failed safes due to battery problem. Once the safe is open, you can replace the safe's dead batteries.
Option 2: Get someone to drill the safe open.

Electronic safes are very easy to open, there is the slap method, the bump method, the rubber mallet method and the rare earth puck magnet method. Or a local Locksmith can do it. The article and videos show all the ways
The video shows one way, but the easy way is open it with the back up key, and the battery compartment is in the door. Replace the batteries and reset the combination, but make sure you do it with the door open.
